On 3/2 and 12/2 we had kickoff meetings where we went through our work packages and set up things to do until our first sprint meeting which we will have on 5/3.
The reason we had 2 kickoff meetings was that Piteå and Luleå municipalities were unfortunately unable to participate on the first occasion.
